Antifreeze technology of cuvettes
The antifreeze technology of cuvettes is to ensure that the stem in the water –filled cuvettes must be delayed or even prevented from solidification when the stem is freeze under freezing injuring studying of cavity mechanism. When the stem segment is frozen, the cuvette is always kept above 0 ℃ by ChinaTron/SperryTron analyzer, so that the water can flow out along the axis.
Water injection system
The water injection system of ChinaTron and SperryTran analyzer can prevent the air or hydrophobic particles moving to the end of the rotation axis after entering the xylem conduit through the stem incision, so as to reduce the detecting error of the plant stem hydraulic conductivity.
ChinaTron System is equipped with an imaging system which can produce the digital picture of the cuvette liquid level. The special image processing program can calculate the moving distance of the cuvette liquid level to get the flow rate per unit time.
Integration of data collector and tabletop centrifuge
The control system of tabletop centrifuge connects speed control part, temperature control part, control unit, water injection component, auxiliary background light source of camera, human-computer interaction interface of centrifuge through the lower control panel to integrate the various circuit units in the Chinatron prototype. It improves the integration and operability of the system.
