CL8R Super-Large Capacity Low Speed Refrigerated Centrifuge
CL8R super-large capacity refrigerated centrifuge, a new and smart centrifuge, which is jointly developed by the well-known centrifuge manufacturer and national key university, representing the world advanced level. It has passed the MCA test and rotor service life test by authority agency in the United States. Max capacity up to 8x2200ml, it is the preferred product in the fields of blood bank, pharmacy and biological products.
Carbon Fiber Rotor
The carbon fiber rotor, passed 100,000 times life service test in 2017, features light weight, chemical corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, long service life, large capacity as well as high speed (Max speed 9000rpm with 6x1000ml angle rotor), providing high efficient and perfect product for bio-pharmacy, biological products, chemical industry etc.
Automatic door locking system (optional)
The centrifuge door can be opened or closed by a single soft touch of a button.
Door lid come with intelligent anti pinch device.
Automatic suction device of centrifuging windshield (optional)
The windshield is sucked to the door lid when opened without labor intervention prevent it from falling down.
The overall unit has passed MCA ((Maximum Credible Accident test)
After MCA is generated, the centrifuge door lid shall not be opened, and no solid greater than 0.5mm shall blown out of the centrifuge chamber, the position movement shall not exceed 30cm, ensure the personal safety of instrument operator to the greatest extent. ( MCA test video can be provided)
Centrifuge chamber adopt 2mm thick 316L stainless steel, Housing (3mm Q235 steel), Containment (22mm Q235 steel), Diaphragm in door lid (2.5mm Q235 steel)
Featuring multiple protection, Such as automatic rotor identification, imbalance protection, over-speed protection, over-temperature protection, motor overheating protection, door lid protection and so on.
The system adopts unified and standard Ethernet communication interface and provides key parameter point table, to facilitate system expansion and bring data into system monitoring.
Save up to 3000 user-defined program. Users can name each program to distinguish it. Each program can be divided into 5 steps (set speed, time, temperature), to meet the diversified experimental needs.
Dynamic compressor control (DCC) technology for optimized cooling performance. When the door lid is opened, the compressor is closed or the sleep time can be set to save energy. Rotor with windshield, little friction and generates little heat.
It can process sample with the capacity of 8x2200ml, 6x2400ml, separating max 17.6L sample in one cycle, which greatly improves the production efficiency.
Featuring 10 acceleration and 11 deceleration rates, to prevent the sample from second emulsion or turbid, and achieve best centrifuging result.
Main interface function
In manual mode, the centrifuge parameters can be set quickly, and the G-force and speed can be switched by soft touch the key. For the online monitoring of temperature and speed, the stability of temperature and speed during spinning can be viewed through the curve.
Powerful System Setting Function
Running data, error code record and operation record can be stored through the system setting. Chinese / English operation language optional. And user authority management and other characteristic functions can be managed as well.
Centrifuge Management System(Optional)
It can monitor 1 to 100 centrifuges through intelligent terminal (computer), monitor the operation status of centrifuges, and save relevant records of centrifuge operation, Establish a safe connection with the centrifuge and remotely control the startup and stopping of the centrifuge.
